That supplied item went faulty after 2 years but was repaired under warranty. The original one was out of warranty and went faulty at the same time as the one W.H supplied. Despite this Darren offered to arrange for it to be repaired. He sorted everything out logistically sending it back, arranging their repair and returning them directly to me , as I don't live near the shop. Had a 10.30 am appointment today, for both ears wax removal, RH,went well pretty Quickly, LH,was a bit more tricky, as it was pretty well blocked,worked on it for around 25 mins, had a break came back at 13.30 hrs ,to allow the fluid to do its work, got the rest out , Fantastic job really impressed with the professional approach and skill in resolving an on going problem ,Big Thank-you, would highly recommend ,and the cost was reasonably priced.
