That supplied item went faulty after 2 years but was repaired under warranty. The original one was out of warranty and went faulty at the same time as the one W.H supplied. Despite this Darren offered to arrange for it to be repaired. He sorted everything out logistically sending it back, arranging their repair and returning them directly to me , as I don't live near the shop. I am now in possession of 2 replacement hearing aids fully workong and to say the least I am a very happy customer.
